Two student assistants for Studieby Holstebro

Do you want to help create Holstebro's new student house? Studieby Holstebro is looking for two student assistants for our new meeting place for students.

Here students can come to meet, play, chat, take a break from studying and be part of a social community. We are just getting started with establishing the place, so we are looking for you who want to help bring the venue to life – and who isn't afraid to take initiative yourself.

Responsibilities

As a host you will be one of those who give the place energy and life.

You should, among other things

• help create an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere
• greet new students in the student house and help them join the community
• help raise awareness of the place among students and relevant communities
• come up with ideas for activities and put them into practice
• assist with practical everyday tasks – e.g., tidying up, light cleaning and some sales/serving

Are you interested in arranging a board game tournament, quiz, gaming evening, creative workshop or something completely different. We are open to ideas and are happy to give space for you to put your own mark on the place.

Who are you?

You do not need experience from a similar job. The most important thing is that you want to meet other students and help create something new.

We imagine that you

• are a student and looking for a social, meaningful and different student job
• are outgoing and comfortable talking to different people
• are good at creating atmosphere and getting others involved
• dare to take initiative and responsibility
• can work independently
• want to reach out to other students and communities
• if you have an interest in social media or communication it is a plus, but not a requirement

The student house is new, and you will therefore have the opportunity to help shape it from the start. Together with the students we will develop activities and frameworks that make the house a place you want to hang out and come back to.

You will get freedom, responsibility and the opportunity to put your own mark on it. We expect, in return, that you are flexible, curious and eager to try things out with us.

Working hours

10 hours/week, primarily afternoon/evening spread over two weekdays. Weekend work may be required by agreement.

The position is temporary until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
