German- and Danish-speaking customer service representative for a tourism company

At Campaya we help a large number of holidaymakers every day to find the perfect holiday home. Many find their own holiday home or villa on one of our rental portals, while others need help along the way. This is where you come in.

Right now we are looking for our next star for the office in Horsens. Here you will help our guests find the right holiday home for their next holiday. You will have a job where you can make a positive difference for people who are dreaming of their next vacation every day.

We expect that you

• speak and write Danish and German.
• can communicate with and provide good service in English to guests from around the world.
• meet people with an open and positive mindset and are action- and solution-oriented.
• are passionate about travel and take pride in helping people get the best possible holiday.
• are proficient with IT and quickly learn new systems.

Your education is not decisive, but experience from a similar customer service job is an advantage. The most important thing is that you speak Danish and German and are passionate about making a positive difference for our guests by helping them find the perfect holiday home.

About Campaya

Campaya Holiday Home Rentals is Danish-owned and has helped thousands of Danish and international holidaymakers find the accommodation for their holidays every year since 2013.

Our rental portal is available in ten different languages, and we rent a very large number of holiday homes across Europe.

Our office is located at Erhvervsbyvej 11 in Horsens, from which you will also carry out your future work. There will be some possibility for remote work to some extent, but the work will primarily take place from the office.
