About the job
We are expanding in the mobile nursing team in the western part of Hedensted Municipality. Do you want to make a difference in elder care, with a focus on time, professionalism and presence? Then you have the opportunity to become part of a well-functioning nursing team. We believe that the best solutions are created when employees have freedom, trust and the opportunity to use their professional judgment.
About the job and the tasks
We are looking for a skilled and committed nurse for our mobile team, who is passionate about working closely with both citizens and colleagues.
We work in line with the elder reform, where the citizen is at the center, and where fixed teams and relationships are prioritized. In our mobile team you will have the opportunity to work closely with both citizens and colleagues, as well as be part of a daily life with presence, time for the core task and strong professionalism.
We value trust in employees' professional judgment. The new elder reform supports development, well-being and professionalism, which corresponds to the work environment that is part of the group with us.
The position is 30-37 hours per week, preferably day shifts with 5-6 evening shifts every eight weeks and two weekend shifts every two months.
Our expectations of you
There is a need for broad generalist knowledge, which is why wide experience within different clinical areas will be weighted highly. We have several nurses with specialist roles and we handle both planned and acute tasks. Nursing is provided partly in the citizen's home and partly in our nursing clinic. There is a great need for and expectations that you can perform, lead, communicate and develop nursing, while you focus on using the citizen's own resources, as we work from a rehabilitative approach.
As a primary nurse you work in close connection with a care team, where you must help, together with the manager, to ensure the professional level. We place high value on citizens receiving caring and professional nursing and we use TOBS and triage to early detect the onset of illness, so we can prevent hospitalizations.
Our mobile team is based at the Nedergården Nursing Home in Uldum, where we have our daily presence together with the mobile home care. We work with flexible duty scheduling, where there is an opportunity for great influence on your own work organization. We use CURA care system and KMD Opus Duty Schedule.
The posting is by no means fully comprehensive, but we hope it has aroused your interest, so you will send us an application.
Why you should choose us
We are a well-functioning nursing team of about 20 mobile nurses and nursing students. We are a group that in a busy everyday life manages to get along very well – we prioritize collegial well-being and our leader values our work environment highly. We greatly appreciate high spirits and a good laugh. We are good at sparring with each other and thus make use of our different competencies as well as sharing both the good stories and those that hurt. If you want to be a primary nurse in the close health services and be part of a really good workplace, then hurry to send an application.
Salary and employment terms
Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification- and function-based pay.

About us
In Hedensted Municipality we work from the values Responsibility, Dialogue and Development . They should not only be on paper, but be felt in our way of working together with both citizens and colleagues.
Responsibility means to us that we take responsibility for our tasks, our professionalism and the shared result.
Dialogue means that we are curious about each other's perspectives and create solutions in collaboration with citizens, colleagues and partners.
Development means that we dare to be curious about our practice, try new possibilities and continuously develop our offers so they match citizens' needs and the reality we are part of.
In Social Care you become part of a Fajlfri culture. We have spelled ‘ Fajlfri ’ incorrectly on purpose, because we do not expect you to be perfect. We expect you to be a human who uses your professional judgment, dares to try new things and learns from what does not succeed the first time. With courage and trust in each other we can together create the best possible solutions close to the citizens.
