About the job

Would you like to help develop and strengthen the quality of psychiatric care?

Do you have a view for both people, professionalism and organization – and are you motivated to translate ideas and knowledge into concrete improvements in practice? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as our new development nurse/employee.

We are looking for a committed and structured development nurse/employee for our psychiatric outpatient clinic Clinic 2. You will play a central role in supporting the professional development, quality assurance and ongoing improvement of our offer to patients and relatives.

Clinic 2 consists of the Team for Geriatric Psychiatry, Team for Personality Disorders, Team for Depression and Mania and Team for OCD and Anxiety.

We work cross-disciplinarily with a focus on ensuring that patients experience coherence, quality and continuity in their course. We want to be a workplace where employees’ professionalism and ideas are actively brought into play, and where we together develop our practice.

As development nurse/employee you will become part of the outpatient’s development and quality work and will collaborate closely with management and staff across disciplines.

You will, among other things, be involved in

  • driving and coordinating development and improvement projects
  • supporting the implementation of new workflows, methods and professional initiatives
  • following up on quality, data and relevant targets
  • identifying development needs and translating them into concrete initiatives
  • supporting systematic evaluation and learning in the organization
  • contributing to the preparation of analyses, notes, proposals and decision bases
  • facilitating meetings, workshops and processes with staff and partners
  • supporting knowledge sharing and communication of good experiences
  • contributing to a continued focus on cohesive patient pathways and patient involvement.

You will have the opportunity to take independent responsibility for concrete tasks and projects while becoming part of a multidisciplinary environment where development occurs close to clinical practice.

We expect that you

  • have a relevant healthcare or academic education
  • have experience with development, quality or project work, preferably from healthcare or psychiatry
  • can work structured and independently while building good relations
  • have strong analytical and written skills
  • are good at translating complex problems into concrete and practical solutions
  • have experience with project management, process facilitation or implementation
  • thrive on collaborating across disciplines and organizational levels
  • are interested in psychiatry and in developing future treatment offerings.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of quality development, improvement methodology, data work or evaluation, but the most important is that you want to make a difference and can create momentum in development work.

We offer

In our organization you will get

  • an exciting and meaningful position with the opportunity to influence the development of psychiatry
  • a varied workday with both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues
  • opportunity to apply your skills in concrete development and improvement projects
  • a professionally strong and cross-disciplinary work environment
  • dedicated colleagues and an organization focused on quality, collaboration and the patients
  • good opportunities for professional and personal development.
