Wilke helps companies and organizations gain insights into people and their attitudes, needs and behavior. We do this, among other things, through telephone interviews, and this is where you as an interviewer come into the picture.

We are looking for Ukrainian-speaking interviewers for telephone interviews (CATI), where you will call Ukrainian private individuals and conduct interviews as part of consumer studies. Start date is 5 November.

It is a requirement that you speak Ukrainian fluently.

The work takes place at our centrally located office in Odense, Gråbrødrepassagen 9, 2nd floor.

About the job

As an interviewer, you will conduct telephone interviews with private individuals according to fixed questionnaires.

Your task is to create a good and natural dialogue with the respondent, while remaining neutral and following the questionnaire and the methodological guidelines. It is important that respondents have a good experience and that their answers are recorded correctly.

You do not need to have prior interview experience. We provide thorough training and briefing before you start making calls.

Your primary tasks

• Conducting telephone interviews (CATI)
• Telephone interviews with Ukrainian-speaking private individuals
• Creating a good, natural and neutral dialogue with respondents
• Accurately recording responses in the questionnaire
• Following questionnaires and methodological guidelines
• Data collection that will subsequently be used for analyses and studies

About you

We are looking for someone who speaks Ukrainian fluently .

It is advantageous if you have experience or an interest in communication, customer contact, analysis or data collection, but it is not a requirement.

Working hours

The work can take place both during daytime and evening hours , depending on the specific study and target group.

The number of hours may vary depending on our projects, and we have the possibility to create shift plans that fit your everyday life.

We are looking for Ukrainian-speaking interviewers to conduct telephone interviews (CATI), where you will call Ukrainian consumers and conduct interviews as part of consumer research studies. The position starts on November 5.
