We are seeking a kindergarten class leader, who with warmth, clarity and high professionalism can help create safe learning communities for our youngest students. Ulkebøl School is a well-functioning public school with about 520 students distributed across grades 0–9 and reception classes. The school is organized in two phases: Phase 1 (0–5) and Phase 2 (6–9). The teaching work is structured in self-managing teams, which continuously develop themselves and each other.

We are seeking a kindergarten class leader who

• Is educated as a pedagogue
• Wants to practise outdoor school one day a week – in all kinds of weather 😊
• Has strong professional competencies and a sharp eye for children's development
• Meets the students at eye level and creates safe, motivating learning spaces
• Values job satisfaction, presence and good dialogue highly
• Is open to feedback and actively contributes to a positive and professional work environment
• Thrives in a close, interdisciplinary team collaboration on the children’s learning and well-being
• Is approachable and engaged in collaboration with parents, students, colleagues and leadership
