Intern for the Dream Team

At DR P3 we strive every day to deliver relevant and lively radio. In this context, we are looking for an intern for P3's morning program ’Drømmeholdet’, which airs every weekday from 9 to 12.

We offer an internship at an exciting workplace where you will contribute to, among other things, idea development, research and contact with sources. In addition you will of course also be part of running the program itself. We are looking for an intern who has strong structure, and can contribute to solving various ad hoc tasks. You will of course be supported all the way, and we will do our best to teach you about the radio medium and creative communication.

We expect

You are a student in a higher education program with a focus on communication. It may be that you excel in digital concepts, journalism, delve into language or something entirely different. The crucial thing is that you are ready to work in an editorial team where there will be a lot of balls in the air at the same time.

Much of our program is created while we are broadcasting, so you must be ready to work under time pressure. Most importantly is that you are ready to work in a free and informal environment, and that you are not afraid to say what you have on your mind – and that you are eager to have fun at work with us every single day.

Practical info

The internship is unpaid, and it is a requirement that the placement is part of your study program, and that you can obtain academic credit. The internship is 30-37 hours per week and runs from January/February 2026. Hours, start and end dates will be agreed upon further at the time of hire. During the internship you will of course also be able to fit ad hoc study activities as well as take usual holidays.
