Fixed-term temp (unskilled/SSH) sought for specialized home care arrangement in Silkeborg

At Olivia Denmark we are looking for a fixed-attachment temp to a dedicated helper team around a young woman with special needs, who lives at home with her parents in Silkeborg.

We are not necessarily looking for you with the longest CV or a specific education. We are looking for the right personality, who takes responsibility for their appointments and wants to become a secure and recognizable part of another person’s daily life.

About the job

You will become part of a specialized home care arrangement, where you always work together with a social and health care assistant or nurse, who has the overall health-professional responsibility. You will therefore never be alone with this responsibility and will receive thorough training and ongoing sparring opportunities.

Your tasks include, among other things, personal care, transfers, educational activities, tasks related to diet and meals, as well as lighter practical tasks in the home.

Since the work takes place in the family’s private home, it is important that you understand the balance between being a professional employee and at the same time to show respect for the family’s privacy and daily life.

Working hours and employment

There is a fixed temp assignment without a guaranteed weekly number of hours . Shifts are in day and evening hours, including weekends.

Needs vary, and there may be periods with many shifts and others with fewer, typically related to vacation, illness and other absence.

For our citizen, recognizability and stable relationships matter a lot. Therefore we are looking for a temp who wants to get to know her well and be a fixed part of the team.
