V85 seeks a communications officer – 10-15 hours per week

We are seeking a structured and approachable communications officer for 10-15 hours per week.

Do you have good communication skills, are service-minded, and enjoy having many different tasks throughout the day? Then you may be the one we are looking for.

As a communications officer, your main tasks will be

• Welcome incoming telephone inquiries and ensure good service
• Maintain and coordinate the calendar
• Follow up on appointments, inquiries and ongoing tasks
• Manage internal communication among employees
• Manage external communication with customers, partners and other stakeholders
• Contribute to creating structure and ensure that agreements and tasks are followed through
• Help V85 strengthen our digital communication and become better at using AI tools in daily communication work
• Bring ideas and guidance on how we can use digital solutions and AI more effectively in our communication

We expect that you

• Are approachable, service-minded and good at communicating
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Are good at following up and keeping an overview
• Have a flair for both verbal and written communication
• Are familiar with common IT tools
• Can handle several different tasks simultaneously
• Have an interest and preferably experience with digital communication and AI tools
• Can see opportunities for how digital tools and AI can improve our communication and make it more efficient
