Great professional complexity. High degree of independence. Real opportunity to influence the development of future health and care placements

On January 1, 2027, the health and care placements at Lynggården in Hirtshals will open as a new and important offering in the health chain. Here, citizens with complex care, treatment and rehabilitation needs will receive a cohesive and professionally strong offering where quality, presence and development go hand in hand.

We are now looking for nurses who want to become part of something new. With us you get a unique opportunity to shape both culture, collaboration and professional development in an organization under construction.

At Lynggården you will meet high professionalism, a rehabilitative approach and close interdisciplinary collaboration. We believe that the best solutions are created together when different professionalities are brought into play with respect for each other and with the citizen's needs at the center.

At the same time, you get a workplace in Hirtshals where the sea, nature, and the strong local community form a very special frame around both work life and leisure.

We are not just building a new workplace. We are building a new offering, new communities and new opportunities for citizens and employees.

Do you want to use your nursing expertise to make a difference?

At Lynggården you will have the opportunity to work with complex clinical issues in cohesive processes. You will follow the citizens closely and become a central professional in the collaboration between citizens, relatives, general practice, hospitals and municipal partners.

The position offers a high degree of autonomy and broad nursing responsibility. You will have the opportunity to use and develop your clinical competencies within observation, assessment, coordination, treatment and rehabilitation. At the same time, you will be part of establishing the new health and care placements. Therefore, we are seeking nurses who are professionally curious, development-oriented and motivated by the possibility of having influence on the future close health offering.

With us, competence development is not something that happens on the side of the core task. It is an integral part of the job.
