You will be working at a modern workshop near Herlev, which is used, among other things, to test new equipment before it is put into use at the organization's other workshops.

You will play an important role in daily operations, where you become the link between customers, the mechanics, and back office. You will be responsible for keeping overview, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyday life in the workshop runs smoothly.

Work tasks

You will play an important role in making the day-to-day operations in the workshop run smoothly, where you will need to have control of the technical side as well as be good at communicating with people.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Planning and coordination of the daily tasks in the workshop
• Customer contact and advice regarding service and repairs
• Consultation with the mechanics on technical challenges
• Close collaboration with back office and other workshop staff
• Follow-up on ongoing tasks to ensure agreements and quality are met

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a mechanical background and experience with customer contact and coordinating tasks at an automotive workshop.

You may already be working as a workshop manager, service advisor, or in a similar role where you are used to dealing with both customers and mechanics.

The most important thing is that you have a solid technical understanding, can keep an overview in a busy day, and are good at communicating with different people.

You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and are good at finding solutions when challenges arise.
