Are you strong in VDC, BIM, model coordination and digital construction processes? We are looking for an engaged VDC Coordinator / BIM Coordinator for our client in the Region North Jutland, where you will support a larger project organization with digital coordination, models and better overview in the execution.

About the position

As VDC Coordinator / BIM Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the project organization with models, drawing bases, digital structure and model-based coordination.

The role requires a digitally strong profile who can not only work with models but also understand how models create value for production, planning and project management.

You will work with

• VDC and BIM coordination

You support the project organization with digital models, model structure and coordination.

• Model coordination and collision control

You identify clashes, interfaces and inefficiencies in models and drawing bases.

• Digital project management

You contribute to structure in digital processes, documents, models and project data.

• Support to production and project management

You make models and digital tools usable for the construction site and the project team.

• Meetings and visual coordination

You support meetings with digital and visual material so that the project’s parties have a better basis for decision-making.

• You will have a role where it is not enough to be good at software. You must be able to translate digital models into practical value.

Your profile

We would like you to have the following qualifications

• Relevant technical background

For example as a building constructor, engineer, technical designer, BIM specialist or similar digital construction profile.

• Experience with VDC or BIM

You have experience with VDC, BIM, model coordination or digital construction processes on building or infrastructure projects.

• Strong digital competencies

You have experience with relevant digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, BIM 360, ACC or similar.

• Understanding of the construction site’s needs

You can make models usable for production, planning and project management.

• Good collaboration skills

You can collaborate with design, production, subcontractors and project management.

• Ability to speak and understand Danish

You can understand instructions, meetings, technical clarifications and daily communication in Danish on the project.

• As a person you are structured, curious and collaborative. You can explain technical things simply and create an overview in a large project organization.

Workplace and practical considerations

• The workplace is in Region North Jutland .
• The role will be attached to a project office, on-site activities and possibly a hybrid work form based on the project’s needs.
• Expected start is from October 2026 or by agreement.
• Duration is expected to be up to one and a half years from the execution phase.
