Ventilation Technician for Service and Balancing in Randers

We need a technician for service, commissioning and optimization in Randers.

You land in a ventilation company where tasks range from residential to commercial and schools. The work involves both new installations and existing installations that need to run better. The role is autonomous, and you travel out to assignments in Randers and the surrounding area. There are about 25 employees around you, so you have people to lean on, even though you often solve the task yourself.

This is a role for you who like to find the fault, get the system properly adjusted and deliver something that works. You get freedom under responsibility, but not freedom to leave the customer hanging. When something requires sparring, there are professionals in your corner who know ventilation from calculation to installation and documentation.

Contract: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Everyday: Service, troubleshooting and independent planning

Your everyday The day can start with a planned service task, a fault finding or a commissioning, depending on what is ready. You assess the installation, find the cause of operational problems, noise, drafts or odor, and clearly report back what needs to be done. Some tasks require a quick adjustment, others require more thorough review before the solution sits right.

You will, among other things, work with

• Troubleshooter on ventilation systems
• Balance/commission systems so the air flows fit
• Install new ventilation solutions
• Optimize existing installations
• Service and maintain installations

The motto here is simple: Freedom with responsibility. That means you take control of the task yourself, but also say in good time if something does not add up.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience with ventilation, service, commissioning or fault finding
• Can work independently on assignments
• Communicate properly with customers
• Say when something is not right

It is an advantage if you have tried both service and optimization of existing installations. But the most important thing is that you like taking responsibility and making things work.
