Versatile craftsman sought for Vosnæs Gods

About the job

We are looking for a versatile tradesperson and a “jack-of-all-trades” for a part-time position of 15-25 hours per week. You will become a colleague of our skilled permanent Estate Craftsman.

Together you maintain the estate's buildings, which include the castle, commercial leases and rental housing. In addition, a number of tasks are carried out in the castle park and around the tenancies, so the property presents itself well year-round.

Green maintenance mainly fills the summer half-year, while the building tasks fill most of the rest of the year. An important part of the work is operation and supervision of the estate's straw-fired heating system, which heats the majority of the building mass.

In addition, various practical tasks will occur in daily operations related to farming and forestry as well as hunting rental.

We expect that you

• Trained tradesperson, preferably in the bricklaying trade – or other proven practical experience.
• Can perform interior and exterior maintenance of buildings.
• Are familiar with using smaller machines such as tractor, trenching machine, lawn mower and mini excavator. You have at minimum a Category B driving license.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Have good sense of order and a positive attitude.
