We are looking for a new colleague for the dairy, where we process about 1,000 l of milk from Søtofte's own dairy cows every day. As a dairy worker at Søtofte you can look forward to a varied daily life and a dairy in rapid development.

In 2027 we will expand the dairy with new production facilities, a new cheese molding storage area and more products, and we need your help.

About the Job

You will become part of the dairy production at Søtofte, where we produce consumer milk, various cultured dairy products and ripened cheeses with a natural rind.

Your main tasks will be production and packaging of various fresh products as well as assisting cheese production and the cheese storage.

The position is 37 hours, and the work mainly takes place in the time frame Monday - Friday 7:00–15:30 , but initially you will join a rotation also with weekend work .

• Are trained as a dairy technician (not required) and have experience with dairy production

• Have technical savvy and an understanding of how process equipment works and is used optimally
• Can monitor production and respond quickly if something deviates from what is expected
