Bookkeeper for maternity leave Are you the type who loves when the numbers add up, and do you thrive in a daily life with both finance, administration and contact with people? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

At Pro-Automatic we are looking for a bookkeeper for a maternity leave cover of approximately 12 months. You will become part of a strong finance team, where daily life is characterized by collaboration, good humor and a broad task portfolio.

You will play an important role in daily operations and become a natural sparring partner for both colleagues and external partners.

Your tasks

No day is exactly the same, but your primary tasks will be

• Bookkeeping and handling of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of creditors and other balance sheet accounts
• VAT reconciliation and VAT reporting
• Various bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
• Participation in monthly and annual closures
• Bookkeeping and handling of Mastercard transactions
• Handling the telephone switchboard
• Administrative ad hoc tasks and general office support

Who are you?

You do not need to know everything from day one, but we imagine that you

• Have experience with bookkeeping or finance tasks
• Have a good numerical understanding and attention to detail
• Work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are familiar with Excel and Outlook
• Are service-minded and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces
• Have knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or a willingness to learn it

You may come with several years of experience. You may also be relatively newly graduated with the right mindset and a desire to learn. For us, the most important thing is that you are curious, engaged and ready to become part of the team.
