About the position

As a cook with us you will, among other things, be working with

Preparation of Chinese dishes (wok, dim sum m.m.)

Preparation of ingredients and mise en place

Participation in the daily operation of the kitchen

Ensuring high quality and consistency in the dishes

Compliance with hygiene and food requirements

We expect that you

Have experience as a cook (preferably Asian/Chinese cuisine)

Can work independently and at the same time be a team player

Maintain an overview in busy periods

Are reliable, flexible and quality-conscious

Have an interest in taste, tempo and precision in the kitchen
