We are looking for an automation technician apprentice

Are you wild about technology, electricity and large recycling machines – and do you want an education where you use both your head and your hands?

Then it might be you we are looking for.

ReTec Automation ApS is looking for an engaged automation technician apprentice , who wants to learn the trade in practice and become part of our team.

With us you will not stand on the sideline. You will become part of the daily tasks and have the opportunity to work with automation, electricity, machines and technical solutions from the start – of course with help and training from experienced colleagues.

What will you be working with?

As an apprentice with us you will receive a versatile education and will among other things work with:

• Building and mounting electrical and automation solutions
• Wiring and connection of electrical components
• Sensors, motors, frequency converters and controllers
• Construction and assembly of control panels
• Reading and understanding electrical diagrams
• Testing and troubleshooting on machines and plants
• Installation and commissioning of automation systems
• Servicing and maintenance
• PLC and HMI controls
• Tasks both in the workshop and at our customers, located both domestically and abroad
• You will gradually take on more responsibility as you become more skilled and get to know our solutions and customers.

Who are you?

We do not expect you to know everything in advance – that’s precisely why you should be an apprentice.

Nevertheless we hope that you

• Have an interest in electricity, technology, automation and machines
• Are curious and keen to learn
• Enjoy figuring out how things work
• Have a practical approach to the tasks
• Are reliable and take responsibility
• Can work both independently and with others
• Are not afraid to ask questions when there is something you don’t know
• Want to develop yourself both professionally and personally

It is an advantage if you have completed or are pursuing a relevant basic course within automation and processing, but we also invite you to contact us if you are heading in that direction.
