We have here 30 places, and we highly prioritize the individual resident's well-being. We expect that you

Are a trained social- and health assistant, have a natural interest in people and contribute to creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for the residents.

• You work with the resident at the center with a focus on the individual's life values and goals.
• Are reliable and good at collaborating with different professional groups, as well as the many volunteers who daily frequent the nursing home.
• Are an outgoing person, ready to provide help, meet challenges and actively participate in creating activities for our residents.
• From your professional knowledge and competencies you can create and maintain an overview of the shift's tasks and thereby ensure high quality in the care and treatment of the residents
• Orally and in writing you can convey knowledge, observations and measures to your collaborators at a professionally high level.

Work tasks

Your working hours (32-37 hours) include mixed shifts primarily day shifts but with the possibility of some evening shifts (we are open to dialogue about distribution), as well as fixed weekend shifts every 2nd weekend.

• Provide person-centered care and practical assistance to our residents, where you take into account their individual needs and desires.
• We prioritize holistic care for the residents, and therefore we also expect participation in tasks on equal footing with the other staff.
• Work with rehabilitation and early detection of potential illness issues.
• Medication administration, doctor contact and documentation. Active participation in follow-up and triage of residents in collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Contribute to a common coordinated effort, join cross-disciplinary teams and contribute your professional expertise in a reflective environment.
