We are looking for a dedicated and caring pedagogue for a permanent position at a residential facility in Frederiksberg

Dreaming of a responsible and exciting job where you as part of a small team with a high professional pedagogical level help ensure the residents' well-being and development? If you are present, “relationship-capable” and good at forming relationships, you may be the person we are looking for and are missing in our team.

Betty 6. floor is a resident group with developmental disabilities, CP and epilepsy. All with their own wonderful and special personalities. We focus on the individual resident and work from the slogan “ Together – each on their own ”.

On the 6th floor the pedagogical and health care tasks are broad and include

• Health care documentation and practice
• Handling of medication
• Personal care
• Support and guidance for daily routines, practical tasks and collaboration with the resident's network
• Cooking and shared meals to the extent the residents wish
• Identification of residents who benefit from daily, fixed routines; including 1-1 support for one of the residents
• Input from professional observations and reflections in everyday life
• Practice based on relationship-based pedagogy, Recovery-Oriented Rehabilitation and LA2

As our new colleague you should have a desire to

• be in a team that jointly plans and distributes the day's tasks, which are carried out together with our residents.
• be ready for the fact that some daily tasks may be relationship-driven.
• be part of lifting together where we each take on some areas of responsibility.
• have shifts (day, evening and weekend).
• document – so you also share knowledge with your colleagues through this.
• reflect together with your colleagues about the health care and pedagogical tasks, and where we can make tacit knowledge conscious.

About you, we imagine

• that you have a pedagogical or health care background and can share your knowledge.
• that you possess good written communication skills, as documentation is a large part of everyday life.
• that you can form relationships and be present and “relationship-capable.”
• that you have experience working with residents with mental and physical functional impairments is an advantage (but not a requirement).
• that you are responsible and good at collaborating with colleagues, relatives and partners around the resident
• that you thrive in a dynamic environment, where some days are busy while others are quieter.
• that you thrive in shifts and work every other weekend (we have a fixed 6-week rotation).
• that you are able to reflect with your colleagues about the health care and pedagogical tasks, and where we can make tacit knowledge conscious.

The position is 37 hours and involves rotating day and evening shifts in the period 7-23 and every other weekend. We would like the position filled as soon as possible or no later than 1 December 2026.
