We treat, among other things, older adults, young people, complex medical patients, patients with newly diagnosed diabetes, ketoacidosis, metabolic disorders and patients with severe eating disorders. Everyday life is characterized by high complexity, a large patient flow and close collaboration across sectors.

We are a strong team consisting of both newly graduated and experienced nurses as well as social and health care assistants. Our culture is built on professional sparring, helpfulness, respect, feedback and an open questioning culture. We prioritize shared reflection, daily check-ins, collaboration and sparring, so that everyone experiences security and development in daily life.

We offer

  • 8 weeks of introduction outside the norm
  • Great influence on the shift schedule
  • An experienced mentor and a fixed sparring partner throughout the introduction period
  • Follow-up wellbeing conversations with mentor and head nurse
  • Structured competence development program with salary recognition after completed training
  • Endocrinology specialty course
  • Ongoing professional development and sparring with clinical nurse specialists
  • Skilled and helpful colleagues in all shifts
  • Influence on your own shift plan through Optima
  • Visible, present and supportive leadership
  • A department culture characterized by solidarity, professionalism and strong interdisciplinary collaboration

We are looking for you who

  • Have a desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Can work independently while being an active part of the team

We want a colleague who will help strengthen our good working environment and who sees the value in shared reflection, learning and development.
