We are looking for a flyer for our cleaning team – 37 hours with variety and responsibility

Do you thrive with different workplaces, and can you both pitch in and help colleagues get started well? Then you might be our new floater in Internal Service in Vordingborg Municipality.

As a floater you step in where there is a need – for example during absence or extra tasks. You work across the municipality's schools, day care, administration buildings and other workplaces.

Your tasks and your responsibilities

Your participate in the daily cleaning and help ensure good quality at the different workplaces. You also:

• train and instruct employees in cleaning tasks and work methods
• prepare quality reports and follow up on the cleaning
• follow up on ergonomics and correct use of chemicals and machines
• collaborate with colleagues and service managers to make everyday life run smoothly.

You will have an independent responsibility, but you do not have management or personnel responsibility.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience with professional cleaning and a sense of quality
• can start at 5:00 a.m. and has a car driver’s license
• speaks and writes Danish, so you can instruct colleagues and prepare quality reports
• can teach others in a clear and respectful manner
• has knowledge of ergonomics, cleaning chemistry and machines
• arrives reliably and keeps an overview when the day’s tasks change.

You must be able to work independently and at the same time be a colleague who is easy to ask and good to collaborate with.

Working hours and employment

The position is 37 hours per week, and you must be able to start at 5:00 a.m. You will work at various municipal workplaces in Vordingborg Municipality.

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
