Are you the type who would rather call one time too many than one time too few?

Can you talk to directors, project managers, foremen and workers – and get them to listen?

Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are a company in the staffing and manpower leasing industry, and we need a strong salesperson who can help attract more customers, more assignments and more hours for our people.

What will you do?

You will be out in the field.

• Call contractors and construction companies
• Create new relationships and maintain the existing ones
• Find out where there is a need for people – and get us in
• Pursue new projects and customers
• Follow up on leads and agreements
• Work purposefully towards more customers and more business

And let’s be completely honest

This is not a job for you if you prefer to wait for the phone to ring.

We are looking for you who can pick up the phone and call 50, 100 or more companies , if that’s what it takes.

You must be able to take a no.

You must be able to follow up.

You must be able to persist.

And you must enjoy seeing results from what you have started.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

✔️ Have experience with or good knowledge of the construction industry

✔️ Have sales talent – preferably experience with B2B sales

✔️ Are outgoing and not afraid of the phone

✔️ Are good at creating contact and trust

✔️ Can talk to directors, project managers, foremen and employees

✔️ Are goal-oriented, persistent and results-driven

✔️ Can work independently and take responsibility

✔️ Speak and write Danish professionally

Your education is not the most important.

The most important is whether you can create contact, build trust and deliver results.
