About the job

The position is in the kindergarten and currently associated with the preschool group. You will become the second pedagogue in the preschool group, where you share the responsibility and develop everyday life together. You do not need to have special prior knowledge of preschool work – we value shared tasks, and that you can grow into the role together with your colleagues.

At Oasen you work closely with the children and involve their perspectives. You will have the opportunity for immersion in smaller groups and you help create structure, recognizability and security in the preschool group. You will be part of a team of 4 adults for 26 children, where cooperation and sparring are a natural part of everyday life.

About Oasen

Oasen is an age-integrated nature-based institution in Brejning with about 100 children aged 0–6 years. In our staff group we span ages and experience. You will get a workplace with:

Employment terms

Start date: January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Weekly hours: the position is basically 37 hours/week. If you have another preference for hours, indicate it in the application. It will be possible to adjust the position to 34-37 hours

Information about starting salary

Employment is according to the agreement for pedagogues at day nurseries, after-school programs, clubs etc., §§4-9. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is 32,928 DKK / falls in the range 32,928 DKK to 37,874 DKK depending on seniority. Please note that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
