We are looking for a skilled caretaker in Hørsholm who has the hands-on skills and enjoys a workday with varied tasks.

There are several properties in Hørsholm and the surrounding area that need care and maintenance. Therefore you will have a daily routine where you drive between different properties and ensure that things work as they should.

You will have a company car at your disposal , so you can easily move between the rental properties. 🚗

🛠️ What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for ordinary caretaker tasks, including

• 🔧 Minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks.
• 🏠 Supervision and ongoing maintenance of properties.
• 🚪 Adjustment and remedying of small faults in the rental units.
• 🧹 Practical tasks on the property and the common areas.
• 📍 Travel between different rental properties in the Hørsholm area.
• 🤝 Contact with residents in connection with daily tasks.
