Video Editor Trainee

Esoft Vietnam is a 100% Danish-owned company, established in Vietnam since 2007, specializing in post-production services for imagery in the real estate sector for international clients (mainly in Europe, the Americas, and Australia).

The production department receives data from foreign clients such as photos (Photo), 2D, 3D, Video…, then performs editing, post-production, balancing, and quality optimization to ensure the product meets professional standards before handover.

TRAINING INFORMATION

• Number of recruits: 8 trainees (divided into 2 classes)
• Form: Practical training to become official staff
• Projected start date: 01/06/2026
• Study time: From Monday to Friday. Morning class (7am-12pm) or afternoon class (1pm-6pm)
• Course duration: 8 weeks (can be shortened depending on learners’ capacity)
• Location: Esoft Vietnam Office – 7th Floor, Han Viet Building, 348 Kim Ngưu, Minh Khai, Hanoi
• Tuition: 100% free

WHAT WILL YOU BE TRAINED IN?

The training path focuses on practical video editing skills to international product standards:

• Final Cut Pro from basic to advanced
• Techniques for professional video editing and processing
• Color grading, speed ramping, editing to the beat of the music
• Graphic application in video
• Video creation mindset for social media & reels

After the course, trainees can become official employees, directly participating in the company’s real projects.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

• High school diploma or higher
• Proficient in one of the following software: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, Capcut, ..
• Able to work in shifts at the office: Morning shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm, Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm, Night shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am
• Available to work on holidays when needed
• Serious, proactive in learning, and committed to long-term retention
