We are seeking educators for Hyldegården Kindergarten, a kindergarten house in development. We are indeed well on the way to 90% educators and work to create the best conditions for wellbeing and opportunities for participation.

Therefore we search you, who is educated as a pedagogue and eager to be part of a team where professional sparring and reflection constitute high quality for both children and adults at Hyldegården.

A little about us

Hyldegården Kindergarten is a wonderful integrated day-care center, consisting of about 60 happy children aged 0-6 years distributed over 5 groups, of which 2 are baby groups and three are kindergarten groups. In Hyldegården we work with preventive pedagogy, community-building pedagogy, and complex pedagogical issues.

We primarily seek for the baby group – but send your application, and we can always have a talk.

Our pedagogical approach is based on creating a safe and stimulating everyday life for the children, where play and learning go hand in hand. We focus on children's wellbeing, development and community, and place great emphasis on close cooperation with the parents.

In Hyldegården you will become acquainted with Marte Meo in practice, children and families in vulnerable positions and close collaboration with cross-professional partners.

In Hyldegården there is - due to good peer relations and an acknowledging approach to each other – plenty of opportunity to develop the culture. Therefore it is also possible to receive competence development of various kinds.

We also offer ongoing coaching and internal courses that can support your work. We are an employer that prioritizes flexibility and a good work-life balance, among other things by offering the possibility of a 4-day work week.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with applicable collective agreement.

As a trained pedagogue in our nurseries you will receive a lasting Gladsaxe allowance as well as a seniority allowance after 2 years of continuous employment.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another working hours.
