VKAREN.DK is looking for a sales associate for a hardware store – Evening shift, Copenhagen

About the job

Do you want to become part of a strong team where collaboration, service and quality are in focus? For our customer in Copenhagen we are looking for an engaged warehouse assistant for the evening shift.

The DIY store primarily serves professional craftsmen, and they expect fast and competent service. Your main task will be to warmly welcome customers, help them find the right goods and assist with loading the vehicles.

You register orders electronically and ensure that the warehouse is always well stocked with the right items in the right places.

In addition you will be responsible for warehouse management, stock replenishment and packing of orders. Together with your colleagues you contribute to keeping the warehouse tidy, safe and well-organised, so that both customers and employees experience an efficient workplace.

The position is a Try & Hire arrangement, where you are employed through VKAREN.DK with a view to permanent employment with the company after three months. This gives both you and the company time to get to know each other well before a permanent position is offered.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 15:00–23:00.

We expect

You have a category B driving license and forklift certificate. You speak, read and understand Danish. In addition you have a flair for IT and are comfortable working with electronic order registration and warehouse management.

It is a requirement that you have craft experience or have previously worked in a hardware store, that you have product knowledge as well as warehouse experience.
