About the job

We are looking for

  • 1 social- and health helper (SSH) mainly for evening shifts
  • 1 care assistant for practical help, cleaning and evening shifts

Do you want to help shape the future of adult support in Ribe?

We are looking for two new colleagues for our Common Executor Team, where we think about support for citizens in a new way.

With us, social pedagogical and health care staff work closely together to create coherent and holistic initiatives for citizens who receive support under both §83 and §85.

The positions are initially 37 hours per week, but there is an opportunity to request another number of hours. The positions are part of an exciting pilot project running until March 2028.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a professional community where we together develop new solutions and create the best possible support for citizens.

Working hours and framework

Both positions have a main focus on evening shifts, but shifts may occur in the period 06:45–23:00 all year round, including weekends and public holidays.

Work takes place in citizens' own homes, and therefore a driving license is required.

For longer distances, we provide a car during working hours. For short trips we use bicycles, and both conventional bikes and e-bikes are available.

About the tasks

You will become part of a dedicated team that supports adults with disabilities and various functional impairments in their daily lives.

The tasks can include, among others

  • Practical help at home, including cleaning
  • Personal care and support for self-care
  • Guidance, structure and support in everyday life
  • Health-related observations and feedback
  • Tasks based on the citizen's wishes, goals and action plan

Common to all tasks is that we work with respect for the individual citizen's life, wishes and possibilities.

The aim is to strengthen the citizen's well-being, independence and sense of mastery in their own life.

A close collaboration across professional boundaries

Many of our citizens receive both practical help and social-pedagogical support. Therefore, we work closely across professional groups.

You will become part of a team where we emphasize

  • Close coordination and daily sparring
  • Common understanding of citizens' goals
  • Coherent interventions around the citizen
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with room for different professional perspectives

We believe that the best solutions arise when we bring our different competences into play and help each other.

Help develop something new

The Common Executor Team is a new pilot project established in April 2026.

The aim is to create a more flexible and holistic support for citizens in Ribe who receive both §83- and §85- interventions.

As an employee, you will have the opportunity to help develop a new way of organizing the support, where health care and social-pedagogical interventions are thought more closely together to the benefit of citizens.

There may be an opportunity for extension after the project period.

Who are you?

We are looking for both you who have a relevant education, and you who have experience with or interest in working with people.

The most important for us is that you

  • Are responsible and stable
  • Are good at building relationships
  • Can maintain calm and overview
  • Thrive working independently
  • Are eager to join a strong community
  • Are curious about learning and development
  • Have a driving license
  • Want to make a positive difference in other people's lives

We offer

  • A strong and committed interdisciplinary team
  • A workplace characterized by collaboration, humor and helpfulness
  • Thorough training and introduction
  • Ongoing professional development and sparring
  • Opportunity for upskilling in both health-related and pedagogical areas
  • Great influence on the development of a new offering
  • Meaningful work where you make a difference every day

With us you become part of a workplace where we believe that well-being, professionalism and good relationships go hand in hand. We help each other, celebrate our successes and stand together when everyday life requires a little extra.

If you would like to help shape the future of adult support in Ribe, we look forward to hearing from you.
