HVAC technician for service and dampers in Copenhagen

Would you like a company car, decent pay and freedom with responsibility?

We are looking for a plumbing fitter (VVS-montør) for service and spjæld in Copenhagen.

You will be part of a VVS team of about 15 employees, where service work fills a large part of daily life. The work is in private homes and properties in the Capital Region, and you drive out to the tasks yourself. There are both small repairs, troubleshooting, water, heating and the tasks where the customer needs a plumber who explains things properly.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility without a foreman nagging all day. You get a company car, freedom under responsibility and a place where the environment and culture matter. When something doesn’t add up, you speak up so the customer and the office aren’t left with surprises.

What you get Salary: 220-245 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Copenhagen and surroundings

Colleagues: About 15 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Service, valves and independent planning

Your everyday

The day starts with the service visits and valve tasks that are laid out for you. You assess the order yourself and drive out in the company car, so customers get help without you needing anyone in the back seat. When a task grows, you report in and align the next step.

You will among other things work with

• Addressing service and valve issues for private customers
• Troubleshooting water, heating, drainage and sanitation
• Repair radiators, pipes and smaller VVS installations
• Working with district heating, heat pumps and hot water solutions
• Engaging with the customer when the task needs to be explained properly

The important thing is that the agreements hold, and that you deliver the customer a solution that makes sense. Here the work is varied, and you get a daily life where you have to take a stand yourself.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 6 years of experience as a VVS fitter
• Have a driver's license
• Can drive out on your own and keep your appointments
• Speak properly with customers
• Will speak up if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have tried service and spjæld before. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life where you take control yourself.
