You will land in a larger VVS company where business work fills a large part of the daily routine. The tasks range from new builds and renovations to heating installations, and there are both turnkey projects, subcontracts and service tasks in play. The work takes place in Holstebro and surrounding areas, and you switch between working alone, with a partner and as part of a team.

This is a job for you who can take responsibility without someone nagging you all the time. You get freedom under responsibility, but you are not alone when a task requires sparring or more hands. The company car is included in the package, and everyday life suits a plumber who wants stable frameworks and professional tasks with commercial customers.

What you get Salary: 200-250 DKK per hour

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Commercial, new builds, renovations and heating

Your everyday Some days you are on a new build from early morning, other days you work with heating installations or renovations, where the sequence must fit with the other trades on site. When you work alone, you are expected to make decisions on the spot, and when the task requires more hands, you coordinate with a partner or team.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working with VVS on industry and commercial
• Installing heating on new builds
• Solving VVS tasks on renovations
• Handling heating installations
• Switching between solo tasks, paired work and team tasks

Freedom under responsibility here means you have space to solve the task properly. If you say something doesn’t add up, it is taken seriously.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a VVS-montør
• Can work independently on a site
• Can collaborate with both a partner, team and other trades
• Show up reliably and say if something is off

It is an advantage if you have experience with commercial, new builds, renovations or heating installations. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and deliver proper work.
