Plumber for heat pumps and district heating in Svendborg

We are looking for a plumber (VVS fitter) for service and heating installations in Svendborg.

You join a larger VVS team where service work makes up most of the day. The customers are a mix of private homes, businesses and institutions, so you must be able to speak properly with many types of people. The work ranges from dampers and classic VVS service to heat pumps, district heating and energy optimization. The positions are based in Svendborg and surroundings, and you work both alone and with a partner after the task.

The role is for you who have tried a bit of everything and can keep a cool head with customers. You get direct sparring when a solution stalls, and problems are addressed in a matter-of-fact discussion. Everyday: Service, dampers and heating installations

Your everyday On smaller service tasks you drive out yourself and assess the solution on site. The tasks alternate between dampers, heat pumps, district heating and ordinary VVS work, so you must be able to prioritize and take action. If you have an apprentice with you, you must be able to involve him or her in the work in a proper way.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Solving dampers and service tasks for private, commercial and institutional customers
• Working with heat pumps, district heating and energy optimization
• Carrying out heating installations and classic plumbing work
• Assisting with renovations, bathrooms and ongoing VVS tasks
• Managing apprentices on tasks where more hands are needed

When a task grows, you speak up so the customer gets a clear agreement rather than a half solution. There is also room for courses and updating when the trade or tasks require it.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a VVS plumber
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and make decisions at the customer’s site
• Have the physical ability for damper work and small tasks
• Can guide an apprentice when you are two on a task

It’s an advantage if you have experience with heat pumps, district heating, service or bathrooms. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily life where you take responsibility yourself.
