Warehouse Administration Assistant

We are looking for a structured and responsible employee to join our team and assist with warehouse administration and shipment coordination.

You will be responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks related to shipments, deliveries, and daily warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and handling shipping and transport documents.
• Booking and registering shipments.
• Coordinating deliveries with transport companies and customers.
• Following up on shipments and delivery schedules.
• Registering and updating information in company systems.
• Performing other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in warehouse administration, transportation, or logistics is an advantage but not required.
