Warehouse worker wanted for the Christmas season – maybe you’ll stay on afterwards?

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic warehouse worker for our busy Christmas season.

The position is initially temporary across the Christmas season, but for the right candidate there will be opportunities for extension.

The working hours can vary with the busy period, but you can expect a minimum of 20 hours per week.

For us, a good warehouse isn’t just about working fast – it also has to be done smart. Therefore, we operate based on the mindset:

You don’t necessarily need years of warehouse experience. Your attitude and mindset mean just as much to us.

Warehouse work is also IT

For us, warehouse work is more than pallets, cardboard boxes and pallet jacks. IT and systems are a natural and important part of the daily work.

We work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NaviPartner WMS . If you have experience with these or similar systems, it is a clear advantage – but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you are comfortable with IT, eager to learn, and understand the connection between the physical work in the warehouse and what happens in the systems.

Your tasks

Your everyday will include, among others

• receiving goods and inspecting items
• picking and packing customer orders
• checking that the correct items and quantities are sent
• handling incoming and outgoing goods
• preparing shipments
• other practical warehouse tasks.

We are busy, but speed must never mean sloppy work . Our customers must receive the correct item the first time, and therefore quality and attention to detail are an important part of the job.

At the same time, we expect you to use your head. If you see something that could be done smarter, you’re welcome to say so. If a problem arises, we prefer your first instinct to be to find a solution.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience from warehouse, logistics or similar
• have a forklift certificate
• have experience with BC, WMS or other warehouse/ERP systems.

But your CV does not necessarily tell the whole story. Mindset, energy, sense of responsibility, meticulousness and willingness to be part of the team weigh heavily with us.

You will become part of a workplace with an informal tone, room for humor and a daily life where we help each other.

During the Christmas season we are busy. Some days go fast, plans may change, and situations can arise that need to be solved here and now. Therefore you must be able to work quickly without losing overview or attention to detail.

In return, you will have the opportunity to show what you can do – and if the collaboration works well, there is a possibility that your time with us will not necessarily end with the Christmas season.
