Do you have a passion for cooking, good ingredients and gastronomic experiences? Then maybe you are the one we

are looking for to join our kitchen team at Sophiendal Slotshotel.

We are looking for a committed and professionally skilled chef who wants to become part of our kitchen and be

in helping to create good dining experiences for our guests.

At Sophiendal Slotshotel we work with everything from à la carte and banquets to larger events and

seasonal menus. We place emphasis on quality, skilled craftsmanship and a good experience for our

guests.

Your tasks

● Cooking and plating dishes for à la carte and banquets.

● Preparation and pre-paration of ingredients.

● Contribute to the development of menus and new dishes.

● Ensure high quality and presentation of the food.

● Contribute to maintaining good kitchen hygiene and order.

● Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure good service.

We expect that you

● Are trained as a chef or have relevant experience in a professional kitchen.

● Are committed, responsible and quality-conscious.

● Can work independently while being a good team player.

● Thrive in a busy kitchen and be able to keep an overview.

● Want to contribute positively to both the kitchen and the workplace.
