At the same time we value cozy moments, laughter and presence in everyday life, because we believe that a good working environment and a good home are created together.
"It's an open house with high ceilings, and you are always met with a smile and warmth when you step in the door".
- Department Manager Dorthe
For us, the most important thing is that you want to become part of the residents' daily life, and that you can build trustworthy relationships with residents, relatives and partners.
Your role You will spend your daily work on our department on the 1st floor, which is a regular care ward. Here you will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers and nurses. You will also have management that is present, trustworthy and clear.
As a social- and health assistant you will have an important role in the professional coordination around the residents. You contribute with your observations, your clinical assessment and your health professional knowledge, so that together we can ensure high quality and coherence in care.
We work with daily triage and ongoing reflection on our practice to strengthen the quality of care. With us, good ideas meet curiosity, and we see opportunities rather than limitations.
We provide a thorough introduction and the support you need, so you feel secure in the role.
