We are looking for dedicated hourly-paid temporary workers for Esbernhus

• preferably with relevant experience or students in pedagogy, SSA and similar fields.

Esbernhus is a social-psychiatric residential facility located with a view of Kalundborg fjord.

We support adults with mental vulnerability to live the life they want. These are people who need to live in supportive settings, and we offer support under the Social Services Act § 85 and § 83. We have 30 homes that residents rent under the Municipal Housing Act § 105.

We are therefore looking for you who would like to participate and contribute to this.

As a hourly-paid temporary worker we value a health- or pedagogical background or experience. You may be in the process of education, and able to work evenings, nights and weekends.

You will receive an introduction, and you will be together with skilled colleagues when you are at work.

We are a residential facility that emphasizes professionalism, and we are in the midst of an ongoing development and change process with a milieu-therapeutic basis and recovery-oriented approach. We work from our social-professional foundation. The foundation is our pedagogical and health-professional starting points and direction in daily collaboration with the house residents and in the collegial work community.

We emphasise that you find it natural to involve the resident in all aspects of their daily life, because that is how we collaborate with residents here at Esbernhus. We offer

For the right candidate, we can offer to become a temporary worker at a workplace with many temporary days of work throughout the year. We hold regular temp meetings with information and discussion of relevant topics about every other month.

In the summer period, when the regular staff take holidays, we will be able to offer you temporary employment with a fixed hourly rate per week.

We are a multidisciplinary staff group, where through temp work you can both learn and contribute across disciplines. We have pedagogical, health care and nutrition competencies in the staff group.

We expect

We expect you to prioritise the work days we offer. Apart from holiday periods, it will often be on short notice.

You and your colleagues will help create Esbernhus of the future – an attractive place to live adapted to contemporary needs within residential offerings for adults with mental vulnerability.

Terms of employment: In accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Esbernhus has an operating agreement with Kalundborg Municipality and a cooperation agreement with OK-Fonden.
