We are looking for educational and health care staff for fixed day shifts

We are seeking a dedicated, educated and professionally strong pedagogical or health care profile on 37 hours/week for fixed day shifts

Are you trained as a pedagogue, pedagogical assistant or social- and health care assistant? And would you like to work closely with adults with autism and put your professional skills to use in a safe and structured environment? Then this position may be for you.

About the position

At BostedDanmark we work with citizens with autism in a specialist educational housing, social- and activity-based offering. We run four residences in and around Haslev, all located in scenic surroundings close to both the highway and the Haslev station.

You will become part of a small team around one resident, where the focus is on

• Safety and stability
• Structure and predictability
• Development through presence and relationship

We work from a low-arousal approach as well as the TEACCH principles, visual and structured pedagogy.

We offer

• 13-hour shifts, which typically means you have 2-3 shifts per week on full-time

• Starting salary for assistant level 33,000 DKK/month and for professional bachelor level 35,000 DKK/month, plus overtime allowance

• Have relevant education at assistant or professional bachelor level
• Are stable, engaged and eager to make a difference
• Focus on presence and relations in the work with residents
• Can work in a structured and appreciative manner
• Have a category B driving license and can present a criminal record check upon employment
