About the job

Two medical secretaries/health administrative coordinators sought for the Department of Plastic and Breast Surgery, Zealand University Hospital

Do you have a positive approach to collaboration? Are you good at contributing to a good working environment where humor and good cooperation go hand in hand? Then you might be the right person for our team!

The Department of Plastic and Breast Surgery at Zealand University Hospital is seeking two trained medical secretaries or health administrative coordinators for permanent full-time positions with start date 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

We are looking for colleagues who thrive in a dynamic daily life, see opportunities rather than limitations, and want to actively contribute to the development of our administrative community across plastic and breast surgery. We need your competencies both in our outpatient clinic and in our inpatient ward.

A workplace with development, community and influence

My name is Hanne and I am the health administrative leader in the department, and I value leadership with competence development, shared decision-making and good relationships highly. I cannot do this alone, so we need two colleagues who want to collaboratively streamline workflows and who wish to be an active team player in the continued work of creating a working community across our two specialties, plastic and breast surgery.

We are in an exciting development process where together we shall create even better and more streamlined workflows. Therefore we are looking for two colleagues who want to participate in the development and contribute with ideas, engagement and good humor.
