The road to work by car runs along the fjord with morning light, flocks of birds and varied vegetation. Jyllinge is located furthest north in Roskilde municipality and can also be reached by bus directly from Roskilde city.

N-classes are a special class series with student intake from the entire Roskilde area. Our offering is for normally gifted students with social, emotional and/or neurodivergent challenges from 0th – 9th grade. We have about 55 students.

In the N-classes we have a vision to offer Roskilde Municipality's children an educational environment that supports their academic and social well-being. We do this by offering students learning environments and communities that provide the best conditions for development, both in school and in after-school activities. With us, academic and social well-being are seen as prerequisites for each other.

Two pedagogues/pedagogue assistants

We are looking for two pedagogues (or pedagogue assistants with relevant experience) who have professional competence and a desire to work with our students in the N-class series. You may have experience working in the specialized teaching environment, but the most important thing is that you are driven to make a positive difference for our students. Pedagogues and teachers work closely together to succeed in the joint task of planning the best teaching environment for the students.

Common for our two new colleagues is

You will become part of a professional work community anchored in the N-classes. You will have good colleagues who help you integrate into the community, into the tasks and support your start at the school. You will become part of a department that you collaborate closely with and a large staff group where the sense of community is prioritized and we pull together.

Nordskolen is a lovely school with good well-being and high academic standards

Nordskolen is a five- to six-track school with about 1,000 pupils and 120 pedagogical staff distributed over two sites, the Jyllinge district and the Baunehøj district. The N-classes are attached to the Jyllinge site.

We have good outdoor areas for outdoor activities, where there is ample opportunity to engage in various forms of sport and movement, as well as a cozy campfire area that we use for cooking, etc.

Further information

Positions are 30 hours and 37 hours respectively . We expect to fill the positions by 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible. Employment will be in accordance with applicable collective agreements.
