We are looking for youth workers for the daycare Tryllestien (14-17 years old)

Can you enjoy being with children, making them laugh and helping out where needed? Then a part-time job at our children’s house might be something for you. We are looking for youth workers who want to be part of the children's everyday life and help with practical tasks in the house. About the Job: At Tryllestien we are a children’s house spread over two buildings located right next to each other. Although we are distributed across two buildings, we are one team, and we hope you’d like to become part of it.

Besides the practical tasks described below, your workday will consist of being with the children. The day may include, among other things, play, storytelling, games, puzzles and other fun activities.

Your practical work tasks will consist of

• Having afternoon snack with the children
• Carrying out practical work such as tidying up the living room after the meal
• Sweeping and wiping tables after the meal and subsequently placing cups and crockery in the dishwasher.
• Folding laundry (e.g. dish towels and bibs)

Practical information

• Working hours: Afternoons, for example between 14:00 and 15:45 or by agreement, to fit with your school
• Terms of employment: You will be paid for the hours you work. If you are at least 15 years old, we will obtain a criminal record check
• Wages etc. are in accordance with the Agreement for young people under 18 in internship employment in municipalities between the Danish Association of Local Authorities (KL) and FOA
• The position is temporary until 23 December 2026
