About the job

You will work with litigation and dispute resolution in a broad sense and will be responsible for your own cases and client relationships.

We handle cases in a range of business law areas, including contract law, corporate law, employment law, tort and insurance law as well as disputes related to business transfers and construction projects.

You will also work closely with colleagues across our legal specialties so clients receive coherent and value-adding advice.

Your tasks will include

• Handling court cases at the city and district courts and – depending on experience – the Supreme Court
• Drafting of pleadings and other legal submissions
• Court hearings, inspections and expert assessments, negotiations and client meetings
• Arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution
• Strategic advisory on complex disputes and conflict prevention
• Ongoing advice and close client contact
• Professional sparring and contribution to the development of our litigation area

The position can be based at our offices in Esbjerg, Herning, Skjern, Aarhus or Copenhagen.
