We are seeking pedagogical and healthcare personnel for fixed night shifts.

We are looking for a dedicated, educated and professionally strong pedagogical or health care profile at 37 hours/week for fixed night shifts

Are you educated as a pedagogue, pedagogical assistant or social- and health care assistant? And do you want to work closely with adults with autism and put your professional expertise into play in a safe and structured environment? Then this position may be for you.

About the position

At BostedDanmark we work with citizens with autism in a special pedagogical housing and social and activity offer. We operate four residences in and around Haslev, all located in scenic surroundings close to both the highway and the station in Haslev.

You will become part of a small team of night shifts at our department The Old Apothecary (Det Gamle Apothek), at Ny Ulsevej a little outside Haslev. There is a focus on:

• Safety and stability
• Structure and predictability
• Development through presence and relation

We work from a low arousal approach as well as the principles of TEACCH, visual and structured pedagogy.

We offer

• 11-hour shifts, 7 days every other week, with 7 days off in weeks without shifts

• Starting salary for assistant level 35,000 DKK/month and for professional bachelor level 37,000 DKK/month

We expect

• Have relevant education at assistant or professional bachelor level
• Are stable, engaged and eager to make a difference
• Have a focus on presence and relationships in working with residents
• Can work in a structured and acknowledging way
• Have a category B driving license and can present a criminal record upon hire
