We are looking for two pedagogues/pedagogical aides to join our academically strong team.

The drive to the job by car runs along the fjord with morning light, flocks of birds and a mix of vegetation. Jyllinge is the northernmost part of Roskilde Municipality and can also be reached by bus directly from the city of Roskilde.

The N-classes are a special class series with student intake from all of Roskilde. Our offer is for normally gifted students with social, emotional and/or neurodivergent challenges from 0th to 9th grade. We have about 55 students

In the N-classes we have a vision to offer the children of Roskilde Municipality a teaching environment that supports their academic and social well-being. We do this by offering students learning environments and communities that provide the best conditions for development, both in school and in leisure-time activities. For us, academic and social well-being are considered prerequisites for each other.

Two pedagogues/pedagogical aides We are seeking two pedagogues (or pedagogical aides with relevant experience) who have professional grounding and the desire to work with our students in the N-class series. You may have experience of working in the specialized teaching environment, but the most important thing is that you are driven to make a positive difference for our students. Pedagogues and teachers work closely together to succeed in the shared task of planning the best teaching environment for the students.

Common for our two new colleagues is: You will become part of a professional work community anchored in the N-classes. You will have good colleagues who help you settle into the community, in the tasks and support your start at the school. You will become part of a department that you collaborate closely with and a large staff group where the sense of community is highly valued and where we lift together.

Nordskolen is a wonderful school with good well-being and high academic standards Nordskolen is a five- to six-track school with about 1,000 students and 120 pedagogical staff distributed over two campuses, department Jyllinge and department Baunehøj. The N-classes are affiliated with the Jyllinge department.

We have good outdoor areas for outdoor activities, where there is ample opportunity to do various forms of sport and movement, as well as a cozy bonfire area that we use for cooking etc.

Further information Positions are 30 hours and 37 hours respectively . We expect to fill the positions on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.
