Weekend substitutes for Team 6 in Ballerup Home Care

Team 6 in Ballerup Home Care is seeking weekend substitutes who want to help ensure safety, stability and quality for citizens in Måløv and who would like to become part of a strong professional community.

As a weekend substitute you will be part of a fixed team, where social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers and unskilled workers work closely with the citizens. It provides calm, structure and a strong collaboration also on weekends.

Your main tasks

You will have a professional setup around you that makes a difference

We work according to the new Elderly Law and have a focus on holistic care. We see the whole citizen, the whole situation and the whole course. Therefore your observations, your professional skills and your ability to create calm on weekends are important.

Your competences

• Have experience from the elderly sector (social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers and unskilled with experience)
• Thrives in a fixed mini-team with close collaboration
• Are stable, responsible and good at creating calm on weekends
• Have humor, overview and a desire to be part of a team in growth
• Put the citizen's resources, wishes and quality of life at the centre.

Employment process and pay

Start date is as soon as possible.

The position is as hourly paid replacement with a varying number of hours.

We offer pay and terms according to the collective agreement for social and health personnel in municipalities and according to principles of local pay setting and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

Monthly paid

Salary range for non-educated is: 26,294 DKK - 28,292 DKK per month (37 hours)

Salary range for educated social and health care helpers is: 29,539 DKK - 37,211 DKK per month (37 hours)

Salary range for educated social and health care assistants is: 31,420 DKK - 43,824 DKK per month (37 hours)

Hourly paid

Salary for non-educated is: 26,294 DKK per month (37 hours)

Salary range for educated social and health care helpers is: 29,057 DKK - 33,312 DKK per month (37 hours)

Salary range for educated social and health care assistants is: 30,937 DKK - 35,585 DKK per month (37 hours)

The salary depends on negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the negotiating rights for the applicable collective agreement.

The composition of the salary depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
