Here you get permanent work in Næstved with service, repair and installation/assembly.

You join a workshop and service team of around 15 employees, where industrial service, metalworking and machine workshop are closely connected. The tasks lie both in the workshop and out in the field, so you’ll have a day-to-day with metal between your hands and machines that need to work again. The work revolves around hydraulics, shafts, flanges, welding and rotating equipment. It is a place for you who enjoy taking on a practical task, thinking it through and getting it solved properly.

The role suits an experienced metalworker who does not want to stand at the same bench all day. You will be used especially in processing, assembly, construction, repair and service. A driving licence is necessary because fieldwork is part of the role.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Area of work: Næstved and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 15 employees

Agreement: Employed under the current collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we hire people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Your everyday

The day can start with pre-work and processing in the workshop, and later switch to assembly or repair. Some tasks are solved on-site, others require you to go out and get machines or systems up and running again. You work practically with both constructions, hydraulics and service tasks, where faults must be found and the solution must hold.

You will among other things work with

• Processing parts and preparing for further assembly
• Working with hydraulics and machine assembly
• Manufacturing and assembling constructions
• Participating in assembly and fieldwork at the tasks
• Carrying out repairs and service on machines and equipment

The machine and metal workshop is set up for processing shafts, hydraulics, flanges and special items. This means you will get tasks where precision, experience and the ability to think practically matters.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a metalworker
• Have a driving licence
• Can work with assembly, repair and service
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with hydraulics, machine assembly, construction or fieldwork. But the most important thing is that you can take a task seriously and get it safely to the goal.
