We need a welder in Hadsten for MIG, MAG and MMA.

You will land in a larger manufacturing company where machines and equipment are built in various sizes. The products range from larger machines to trailers and manual equipment, so the welding work becomes part of something concrete and usable. The role suits you who can take responsibility for your welds and at the same time have calm enough for finishing and inspection. The work takes place in Hadsten, and the everyday life is more production than a construction site.

The important thing here is that you can deliver stable welds and speak up if something doesn’t add up. You get a job where pre-processing, preparation and quality assurance are linked with the welding itself. It’s not enough just to lay down a bead - the workpiece must also be ready for the next step.

Your everyday

The day is about getting the parts ready, welded and checked so they can move on in production. You work with MIG, MAG and MMA, and you keep track of both the preprocessing and the follow-up work. When a weld requires extra attention, you take the time to land it properly.

You will among other things work with

• MAG, MIG and MMA welding
• Preprocessing and preparation of parts
• Finish work and quality assurance
• Welding in carbon steel or stainless
• Welding according to drawing or WPS

If something doesn’t fit in the workpiece, drawing or sequence, you are expected to say so. It saves time for both you and those who have to continue after you.

We’re looking for you who can check off most things

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand for what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a welder
• Have a driver's license
• Can weld with MIG, MAG and MMA
• Work steadily and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with production and welding according to drawings. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the quality in your own work.
