What happens when relationship and attachment are the focal point of our daily lives?

Mælkebøtten is seeking qualified pedagogues and pedagogical assistants who want to become part of a house with a good staff team, a strong foundation and lots of potential.

After a period of shared leadership, Mælkebøtten has now got its own leader. We are already a house with a good staff group and a strong common foundation. Now we have an even better opportunity to continue our curiosity about what we can develop and do even better together.

We are curious about our practice

We are focused on relationships and attachment – and what it means when it is not just something we talk about, but something that is allowed to be the driving force in our everyday life.

What do we notice when we look with that gaze? What does it mean for our meeting with children and parents, for our organizing and for our role as adults?

We do not have all the answers yet. And that is exactly what we find exciting.

We will not implement a finished recipe. We shall investigate, test and adjust together. We have a foundation to build on, but we do not believe that professional development has a final goal. It is the movement, the curiosity and what we learn along the way that is important.

We do it together

Mælkebøtten is one house, and all children are our joint responsibility. We help each other, share our knowledge and use each other’s professionalism across.

We want a working community where one dares to be curious – also about oneself. Where we can ask questions, challenge our own assumptions and be open to each other’s perspectives. Where it is completely legitimate to say: “I don’t know – let’s investigate it.”

As a new colleague you therefore not only get the opportunity to be part of an existing practice. You get the opportunity to put your mark on the practice we continue to develop together.

The practical

We work according to annual norms, and there is allocated time for both the pedagogical work, preparation and other tasks. Time has also been deducted from the annual norm for staff meetings and shared professional development.

As a trained pedagogue you also receive a municipal allowance.

As a rule, the positions are full-time. But the number of hours can of course be less. We focus on ensuring that private life and core duties go hand in hand when we lay out the schedule.
