Wilke is seeking a CAPI interviewer for personal interviews on various market research projects. We are looking for interviewers who can work locally in Billund Municipality and the surrounding area.

Wilke helps Danish companies and organizations get a better understanding of people, their experiences and opinions. We do this, among other things, through personal interviews, and this is where you as an interviewer come into the picture.

About the job

As a CAPI interviewer, your primary task is to contact people and conduct personal interviews with them using fixed questionnaires.

The work takes place at different locations, and the projects vary in content, target audience and duration. This means the job can offer many different types of tasks and working days.

You may, for example, end up

• Interviewing passengers on buses, trains or stations about their travel habits and experiences
• Interviewing tourists and visitors at tourist attractions and destinations
• Conducting interviews with guests at cultural, sports and leisure activities
• Interviewing citizens in city centers, on pedestrian streets or other public areas
• Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys at different locations
• Interviewing attendees at events, trade shows and arrangements
• Collecting data about people's behavior, experiences and opinions

As an interviewer you represent Wilke in the field. It is therefore important that you have a natural approach to contacting people and can create a good and professional dialogue with many different types of respondents.

You work in a structured and neutral manner and follow the instructions and methodological guidelines applicable to each project.

The job is freelance, and we offer great flexibility in terms of the number of hours. We aim to schedule work as much as possible around your desired number of hours and your daily life. This means the job can be relevant for you who want a few hours alongside study, retirement or other work, and for you who want to work more hours during periods when we have many projects.

About you

Your age and background are irrelevant – we have interviewers in many different age groups and with various experiences.

The most important thing is that you are quality‑minded, responsible and eager to meet and talk to people.

Speaking other languages is a plus.

Experience with interview work or data collection is not a requirement. We ensure you are well prepared and given the tools and resources you need to become a good interviewer.

You will receive thorough training and briefing before your projects, as well as ongoing sparring with your immediate supervisor. You will also have access to our learning universe, which ensures a good onboarding and introduction to the work as an interviewer.

Working hours and location

Shifts can be on all days of the week, including weekdays and weekends, depending on the individual project.

The work will primarily take place in your municipality. There may also be opportunities to take shifts on projects in other parts of Denmark if you wish.

We aim to tailor the shift plan and the number of hours to your wishes and possibilities. The number of hours may vary depending on the projects active in the area.

Some projects require travel between different locations. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car, but this is not necessarily a requirement for all projects.
