Woman in Fredericia seeks 1-2 care helpers for a disabled person

My wife, 35, is currently seeking 1-2 part-time helpers for her fantastic team in Fredericia (2 shifts per month + shifts during illness)

She receives help 16 hours a day, and the shifts run from 08:00 to 24:00, after which I take over at 24:00.

We are a small family of 31 and 35 years old.

We live in Erritsø near Fredericia in our nice townhouse from 2019.

My wife, who has cerebral palsy (she has CP), goes to Ridefys on Mondays, and we also play backgammon and poker at a professional level.

And we also visit family in Zealand and in Northern Jutland. So we are a very active family 💪☀️

My wife and I also run a business together, where we work 5-6 days a week, so there will be times when you will be sitting by yourself in the guest room.

My wife enjoys being creative and loves listening to audiobooks or reading a good book. So some days can easily involve listening to an audiobook, reading books with good music, watching a good film or binge-watching series.

And we are not the family that says no to watching a movie or a series together with the helper – and we have a terrible fondness for good coffee 😂

NOTE ❗️❗️

It is very important that you like children, as we are a family undergoing fertility treatment and a baby project.

So you should be able to see yourself in the team for the long term, even if we have children (preferably at least 1 year) and with all that entails having small children in the house

Requirements for the helper

➡️ You must be a woman

➡️ You should be between 25 and 45 years old (younger is acceptable if you are very mature, and there is chemistry) – you may very well have some background

➡️ You must have a driving license and your own car or a loaner car, as public transport options are poor.

➡️ Ideally you should have experience and knowledge of stairlifts and personal care, but this is not a requirement.

Training can be provided by the undersigned.

➡️ You MUST NOT be a smoker.

➡️ You should avoid perfumes, as we both have strong allergic reactions. This also applies to hair shampoo

➡️ You should be able to sense the mood, and know when you should be the fly on the wall.

➡️ You may have an independent mindset and should be able to see yourself if something needs to be done

➡️ It is required that you can work all days of the week, so the shift schedule can fit together.

So if you have small children and no one to look after them, this is not the position for you.

➡️ You should not be allergic to cats and dogs, or be afraid of them.

The position is unskilled, but you are paid according to the applicable agreement for disability helpers.
